Items that once would have been forgotten in attics and garages, discarded or destroyed, now have a home where they form the foundations for in-depth and reliable research.
The items housed here ensure that our stories will continue. Community leaders such as Michelle Buchanan, Cynthia Slater, Vern Stewart and Marcus Hernandez have left our physical world, but their lives are documented in the historical collections of the archives, ensuring their legacy continues.
